In LeavePlus we have a Wellness Committee dedicated to fostering the emotional, mental, physical and financial wellbeing connecting employees with a variety of online, in-person and team focused activities that provide an opportunity to get to know colleagues, relax and celebrate hard work and make time to connect both during work and outside of work hours if people choose to. Events are optional and they are held at all different times of the day to make it easy for different people to attend regardless of their personal commitments or working hours.
