As Change Communications Lead, you’ll turn complex change into clear, empathetic communication that builds confidence and supports successful adoption across our employee, member and partner communities.

This is a 10‑month max‑term contract where you’ll play a pivotal role in our major transformation program, bringing real value and impact during a critical period of change.

What you’ll do

• Design and deliver strategic change communication plans aligned to transformation priorities.

• Translate complex impacts into clear, accessible messages for diverse audiences.

• Coach leaders and build communication capability across the business.

• Monitor sentiment and engagement to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

What you’ll bring

• Strategic thinking with the ability to simplify complexity and communicate with empathy.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and influence at all levels.

• Adaptability and curiosity in a dynamic environment.

What you’ll need

• Expertise in change communication frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).

• Experience in large‑scale organisational or technology change.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
