Consultant - Member Registrations
Purpose-driven role supporting construction workers by guiding employers through registration, compliance education and onboarding, making a real impact from day one.
As a Registrations Consultant, you’ll be one of the first people employers speak to when they join the scheme. You’ll guide them through registration, help them understand their obligations, and set them up for success from day one. This is a role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, educating others, and building trusted relationships. all within a purpose-driven organisation that genuinely puts members first.
What you'll do
Educate and onboard newly registered construction employers
Support employers to understand and meet their compliance responsibilities
Resolve registration queries using a relationship-based, member-first approach
Clearly communicate compliance requirements to non-compliant employers
Manage outbound registration and compliance campaign calls
Collaborate across teams to address missing or backdated service information
Identify and escalate complex issues or complaints when required
Contribute to continuous improvement across processes and capability
Take ownership of your performance, development, and quality of work

What you'll need to have
Experience in a member-focused, customer service, or case management environment (highly regarded)
Comfort working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment
Strong verbal, written, and listening skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Resilience, initiative, and attention to detail
Confidence learning new systems, policies, and legislation
