As a Compliance and Collections Officer, you’ll support compliance by engaging with employers to help them understand and meet their reporting and payment responsibilities. You’ll provide guidance, arrange payments, discuss payment plans, and respond to inquiries about legal notices, ensuring a clear and supportive approach to compliance.
What you'll do
Engage proactively with employers to support compliance with reporting and payment obligations under legislation and scheme rules.
Lead outbound call campaigns and written communications to encourage timely returns and payments.
Work with employers to establish payment arrangements and resolve overdue accounts.
Respond to employer enquiries about legal notices and documentation with clarity and confidence.
Address and resolve case-related issues and concerns, escalating when needed, while identifying opportunities for process and service improvements.
Manage administrative tasks accurately, meeting service and quality targets.

What you'll need to have
Experience in a compliance, credit management, disputes, complaints, or collections-based role
Exposure to high-volume outbound call environments
The ability to work within legislative or regulated frameworks (or learn quickly)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence using office systems and databases (Microsoft Office experience preferred)
