As a Member Benefits Consultant, you bring this mission to life by processing claims with empathy, accuracy and care, ensuring members receive the outcomes they’re entitled to while upholding legislative and compliance requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Process member and interstate claims accurately and efficiently, ensuring fair and timely outcomes.

• Resolve claim‑related enquiries with empathy, transparency and a relationship‑centred approach.

• Identify and address issues or complaints, escalating when needed and contributing to continuous improvement.

• Support the team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks, service targets and operational priorities.

• A growth mindset and eagerness to build capability in a complex, compliance‑driven environment.

• Strong problem‑solving instincts and the ability to interpret and communicate legislative requirements clearly.

• A member‑focused approach, balancing empathy with sound judgement to support positive outcomes.

• Experience in a high‑volume, customer‑centric claims or case management environment.
